📦 WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All items are made-to-order and typically ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) — though we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your happy mail straight to your door. ✨

Because each item is made-to-order, all sales are final — but if there’s an issue like a misprint, wrong item, or damaged piece, we’ve got you.

You’ll be able to click a link in your shipping confirmation email to report any issues quickly.

📭 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Once your package ships, it’s in the hands of USPS or UPS.
Girl Vibes Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
