All items are made-to-order just for you!
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is placed, production begins within the first hour — so please make sure your order details are correct before checking out.
We’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been processed. Please double-check your order before placing it!


🚚 SHIPPING & TRACKING

We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep. ✨

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🚫 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

That said, if there’s an issue with your order — such as a misprint or damaged item — we’ve got your back. 💕

📭 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order ships, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
